CIMA is proud to announce the line-up for the Canadian Blast showcase series at the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, Germany from September 23 to 24, 2011.
Canadian artists confirmed to showcase include The Wilderness of Manitoba (Popguru Sound & Vision), Ian Kelly (Frilance Music), Jonas And The Massive Attraction (Diesel Entertainment); Andrew Cole (Crier Records); Les Jupes (Head in the Sand); Greg MacPherson (Disintegration Records), The Town Heroes, Ben Caplan & the Casual Smokers, Rae Spoon (Saved by Radio), Hot Panda (Mint Records.)
Reeperbahn 2011 marks the second consecutive year for Canadian Blast at the music festival in Hamburg. The showcases will take place at Canada House located at Spielbudenplatz 22 in the heart of the Reeperbahn Festival district.
In addition to the acts performing at Canada House during the day, Canadian artists Mister Valaire, Brasstronaut, Final Flash, Handsome Furs are also scheduled to play the Reeperbahn Festival at night.
For the first time, Reeperbahn Festival will present a Canadian Blast showcase in Berlin on September 20, 2011 as part of the Pre-Reeperbahn Event. The showcase is slated for the NBI Club and will feature Ian Kelly, The Wilderness of Manitoba, Les Jupes and Brasstronaut.
