Canadian Independent Music Association (CIMA), in partnership with the Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada and in association with Music Matters is co-ordinating this specially planned business-to-business opportunity to Asia's premier annual conference, Music Matters, to meet with key decision-makers in the Asian music industry and showcase Canadian artists.
The ‘Canadian Blast' showcase is presented by CIMA and Canadian Music Week (CMW) with the support of The Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC); Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade; and Radio Starmaker.

CIMA in association with Canadian Music Week presents CANADIAN BLAST at The Great Escape in Brighton. This year we are taking over the gorgeous Terraces venue looking over Brighton Pier, featuring the likes of Montreal's Final Flash, Halifax's legendary Joel Plaskett and Toronto upstarts Zeus alongside troubadour Jason Collett. The event is co-presented by Radio Starmaker Fund and the Government of Canada as well.
